About Us

Kim and Rebecca Harrington have been married since 1974 and started their ministry in a coffee house shortly after. They spent many years as missionaries and have planted both churches and Bible Schools in the U.S. and India. 

 The Harringtons slowed down their mission work as they adopted six children from Russia. They founded St. Paul Believers Fellowship on January 1, 1989, and have been in their current church location on Humboldt since 2006.
